  • Minimum 5 years of relative sales experience: Software, IT, SaaS or Cloud Hosted solutions.
  • Manage a team of sales Executive, Set and track sales targets for the team.
  • Mentor the sales resources to increase their productivity.
  • Owns Responsibility of sales target for His/Her Team
  • Travel to on-field location to mentor resources & help with closures.
  • Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasising product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution.
  • Ensure sales policies and process are followed by team
  • Participate in conferences, represent the company in different event.
  • Good communication skills to be able to talk to customers.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
